Sunday Project

This year I decided to make cards for everybody... so I guess one day I'll even make a card for my friend's dog's bday :) LOL So this past weekend I worked on 4 cards: 2 for my friends who celebrate their wedding anniversary at the beginning of July, and 2 for father's days.

These are the anniversary cards (the color is kinda yikes coz I took it with the D40 camera and the light was all wrong... and I didn't want to fix it more than this LOL):

For father's day I tried to used my creativity to make a card for someone who's not my dad- but I didn't want to go and buy a card for him. I did all the cards for Mother's day and I made one for my MIL, so I thought it would be nice to do one for him as well.

So here you can see the card I made for my FIL.

My dad is a bee-keeper and I've realized it's safer to send postcards than send real cards to ARgentina, so I made this card (that turned into a postcard) for him. I didn't like how the bees turned out, but oh well...

I couldn't add many details as it's going on the mail, but I like it overall. I even colored the girl's eyes green so that my dad could think it's me :)
